Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 working days of receiving your item. Returns are accepted only if a defect is present in the product.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

Custom orders, items created to order, and sale items are non-refundable unless a defect is present.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Our priority is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
